Firefox 3 setting menu bar, navigation bar
Instruction

start Firefox
View -> Toolbars -> Customize ...
individual points (Back / forward / stop / address bar /
...) pull "drag down" in the menu bar (under careful!)
if only an empty navigation bar is present right click
on the menu bar
Click on the heels of "navigation toolbar" Remove
DONE!
